Help Us Create “Worry Warriors”

We are reaching out to our wonderful local community for help with a very special project called “Worry Warriors”.

Worry Warriors are small, handmade crochet bears that will be given to children who have experienced a traumatic or distressing situation. Our hope is that each little bear will provide a sense of comfort, reassurance and companionship during what may be an incredibly difficult time.

We are looking for local crochet makers who would be willing to donate their time and skills by making these special little bears. Every bear lovingly created will help us build a collection that can be given to children when they need a little extra comfort.

You do not need to be an expert crocheter, if you enjoy crochet and would like to contribute to this meaningful cause, we would be delighted to hear from you.

How you can help:

If you would like to get involved or would like more information on the project, please contact myself on Brittany.endley@westmidlands.police.uk

Together, we can turn a little yarn into a lot of comfort.

Many Thanks

Brittany
